Our Capacity To Deliver
Dye House provides the facility to dye loose fiber, sewing thread, elastic and raw yarn. The plant has the capacity to dye 21.600 lbs., per day.
The Processing division has capacity of dying over 168,000 lbs. per day in 100% Cotton, Poly-cotton blend and 100% Polyester fabrics.
Spinning division is capable of producing 21,125 lbs. of Ring Spun yarn every day with both 100% cotton and cotton/poly blend in Mélanges with 14,528 spindles.
Knitting division is capable of making JERSEY, Pique, Fleece, Interlock, and Rib, etc. With daily capacity of producing of 155000 lbs per day with 550 Machines.
Equipped with Rajani printing machines producing 9 tons of printed fabric per day.
